This is individualised for your circumstances and includes Breastfeeding and Postnatal periods.

I also teach a 4 hour Refresher course for those expecting subsequent babies and who have already done a Hypnobirthing course . These are bespoke and I put them together depending on what you want to focus on after discussion with me. Refresher courses are £210 per couple.
