Holistic Hypnobirthing Courses in Bath
We live in a time where information about birth is everywhere - books, podcasts, reels, courses, opinions. On one hand, what a gift. On the other, it can feel overwhelming, fragmented, and strangely lonely. So much of what we’re offered is bite-sized and surface-level, leaving no room for reflection, conversation, or truly integrating what we’re learning.
What’s often missing is space: to ask questions, to explore together, to connect the dots, and to let the knowledge settle into your body, not just your head.
This course is a gentle, expansive dive into birth; exploring physiology and psychology, intuition and the natural flow of labour, your options and choices, dreams and plans, birthrights, understanding risk and responsibility, birth within and beyond the system, nourishing postpartum practices, breastfeeding… and so much more.
It’s holistic, practical birth preparation for you and your partner.
~ For those who love the deep chats about birth, pregnancy and parenthood.
~ For those who want to truly prepare their minds, bodies and partners for this extraordinarily ordinary, huge and beautiful life moment.
~ For those drawn to thoughtful, in-depth birth education.
Together, we’ll gently peel back the layers, open things up, share plenty of light-bulb moments, and, most importantly, reconnect you with the truth that you already carry everything you need within you.
This is complete birth education, focused on what really matters - no filler!
You don’t need to take another antenatal course alongside this one.
My courses are taught in a small group of no more than 5 couples, so spaces are limited!
“Jenny's course should be something that no parent goes without. It's about giving back the skills, knowledge and confidence that we have forgotten. The birth of our daughter was everything we could have asked for... Thank you Jenny, you have given us such a precious gift and we will always be grateful”.
