12 Hours of Complete Hypnobirthing preparation taught from The Practice Rooms, a beautiful, calm and cosy space right in the centre of Bath, in a small and welcoming group.

This course is everything you need to know (and more) when preparing for the birth of your baby. Taking you from clueless to fully prepared and confident.
In-person Courses take place over 3 weekly Sunday morning session, starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm. £310 per couple.
Online courses take place over 3 weekly Tuesday evenings 6-9.30pm. £275 per couple.
I will be on Maternity Leave preparing for the arrival of my third baby from May. My last Hypnobirthing Course for the foreseeable will be the April 28th Essentials Course.
